Welcome to Oh My Sitter. By using our directory platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Directory and Discovery Only

Oh My Sitter is an information directory service helping parents discover babysitter profiles in the Maldives. We do not act as an agency, booking platform, or employer. We do not facilitate payments, scheduling, or actual childcare transactions. All child care arrangements are made directly between parents and sitters outside of the platform.

2. Verification and Trust Disclaimers

While we perform identity, reference, and certification vetting before granting trust badges, this does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or background check of any babysitter. Parents are solely responsible for conducting their own vetting, interviews, background checks, and reference calls before hiring any provider.

3. Reporting and Moderation

Users may report profiles for safety, fraud, or false information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate sitter profiles at our discretion without notice. Reports submitted by users are confidential and will never be shared with reported sitters.

4. Responsibility and Liability

Oh My Sitter is not responsible or liable for any actions, omissions, negligence, misconduct, accidents, injuries, damages, losses, disputes, or incidents that may occur before, during, or after a babysitting / childcare arrangement.

Parents are solely responsible for evaluating whether a sitter is suitable for their family, while sitters are responsible for ensuring they can safely and professionally provide the services they offer.

By using Oh My Sitter, both parents and sitters acknowledge that any childcare arrangement is entered into entirely at their own discretion and risk.
